Artist Control - Touchscreen buttons white overlay

Hi!

Just received a NEW Artist Control from Thomann today cause my own did broke the third time.

One the touch screen, all the buttons like solo, rec, mute, the pots etc, have all like a white overlay. They look really like white. Even the TRACKS, SOFT KEYS, SURROUND and SETUP tabs are like fading from white to black.

Is that the way they are now or is this broken as well? Or like have a brightness level that is extreme.

It's brand new, I forgot to write that.

None of our artist controls we had but sold now had any white overlay. That sounds like the screen is broken or software needs update.

Have you updated the firmware on it?

Sounds like what happens when I jack my brightness on my Artist Control. Maybe check the control panel and see if you can trim that slider down somewhat.
