plug ins for pro tools express

I'm going to buy pro tools express and I was wondering if I can put different plug ins on it like pt 9 or 10, but basically I just want auto tune for the pro tools express is it possible?

Usually PT Express comes with Mbox or M-Audio/Akai interfaces. But yes, you can use other plugins: http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/en_US/FAQ/en436171

I don't have pro tools 9. but can I get auto tune on pro tools express. im actually using pro tools se I hate it not enough to work with.

yeah I was gonna uninstall everything from pt se first. but if I buy pt express you said I could upgrade right?

yeah I just want to record rap and r&b songs basically. what do you recommend because im just going to get pt express bundle then upgrade to something better.

im using my pro tools se usb mic on windows 8 and have some speakers but not monitor speakers, I have to order some everything works pretty good even the mixing of my songs are ok. I see the pro tools express comes with the m-audio box along with it could you explain to me more of what that does? yeah im still kinda learning about pro tools.
