11.2.2 access violation when opening all sessions, closes session.
Installed 11.2.2 by overwriting vs. a clean install on my W7 x64 System. Opened PT and upgraded HDX Firmware. Shutdown, turned off power-supply and unplugged computer for 30 seconds. I had not trashed preferences. Had opened and run these sessions within the hour before. Be careful with upgrade at the moment.
Update: ran digi-test, failed twice. Reset HDX card, reflashed with PT11.2.2. Digi-test passed. Verified PT10.3.9 worked, just fine. Uninstalled PT11.2.2 (full uninstall)... re-installed, reset all settings, periph.. working fine. Last edited by jjnssn; 11-21-2014 at 05:47 PM. Reason: clarify installation method.

You must do a clean install. If you just overwrite. the new version sometimes acts just like an update leaving some components unchanged, all ready to cause problems later.
