Footswitch for Punch In?
I've just updated my whole recording rig, including ditching my trusty old 002 for an Apollo Twin. Happy about my purchase, but not sure how I will be able to punch in via foot switch, as Apollo has no footswitch input.
There must be an easy solution to this, but I haven't been able to find one. Thanks guys!

Thanks for reply Craig. I was hoping I wouldn't need to buy another piece of hardware, and I don't really need a whole mixer --- a la Control 8. Is there a way to configure on of the footswitch inputs on my midi controller (Fatar VMK midi controller) to act as the record punch?

Can your Fatar do any kind of HUI emulation for transport controls?
