Default M-Audio USB Transit & M-Box

I haven't seen this anywhere posted- but my apologies if it has and I have overlooked it.

I have a usb M-Audio Transit with PT-M.
I am looking to purchase an M-Box Pro.

I like the Transit to lay down a quick idea and it's portability (I can edit sessions on the road.)
I am looking to purchase the M-Box Pro for home use.

Can I run 1 on my MacBP while I'm on the road and 1 at home?
Meaning, 1 runs off of PT-M and the other PT-LE.

Does anyone know if I will be able to run them both off of 1 version of PT or will I have to install LE... (if that's possible) on the same machine.

Or is this even possible to run an M-Audio and M-box product on the same machine?

Thanks

M-Powered ONLY works with M-Audio devices, and LE ONLY works with Mbox/002/003 devices. You can't have M-Powered and LE installed on the same computer.

There is a way and I know it has been done.
[this is a guess at the process]

install one of them, move the app out of the applications/digidesign folder
install the other
move the first one back into the folder.
Most of the files are the same

both have to be the same version # (8.0.4)

wrong

You can have MP and LE on the same computer as long as it´s the same version.

Why that?
Just get a ProFire 610 or 2626 if you need something better than the Transit?
Investing in LE, too will just double you upgrading costs.
and 610 and 2626 are much superior to the M-Box Pro anyway.

You can have one M-Audio USB and one FireWire Interface installed.
