Mbox 2 stopped working.

Ok,

I shut down my computer with a working mbox 2 now every computer I put on says "device not recognized". I've removed all USB controllers and reinstalled them, although it is uneccessary because every other USB device I plug into the ports works fine.

I don't understand, how can this product just stop working? This is becoming an endless list of [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep] that I can't afford to keep up with now. I've replaced too many parts on my machines just to deal with Pro Tools not working, now the Mbox 2 doesn't work.

The lights are barely on , as if the drivers aren't loaded. I've reinstalled the drivers several times on two different machine and same thing.

No one is at Digis tech support either, of course my free month is now over. Purchase date was 12-12-2009. What a pile of [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep].

What do I do? I'm at my wits end with this company. I had too many issues just dealing with Digidesign products and also M-Audio.

I'm extremely pissed this is now happening.

Ok, Now I'm completely pissed.


I purchased this device on 12-12-2009. In order to get a [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep]ing address to RMA this I have to give up $2.50 per minute for tech support???????????

OMG how many times do I have to put in my credit card number just to get sent to a person that is in Product Registration?????

Then I get some one to tell me to call the same number I've called 888-918-3444????

Am I getting charged every single time a person answers???????
