003R Firmware Update Failed...7.3 to 7.4

Hi there,

I'm upgrading my friend's LE system from 7.3 to 7.4. For some reason when I try to do the firmware update as prompted at first start-up, it will not finish. It takes about 10-12 mins...it looks like its updating. The progress bar moves until the very end, then PT just disappears, and the FW update doesn't take.

I'm on a Mac G5 PPC Dual 2Ghz computer. Anyone have some answers?
