Message "Pro tools with tdm requires the tdm mixer plug-in in the plugins folder"

I had solid rock working HD2 (Core, Accel, 192) PCI-X station based at ASUS P4C800SE with ordinar Pentium4 CPU, 2GB RAM. After PC upgrading new configuration is Win XP Pro 32bit SP3 driving at mobo ASUS P5E3 WS Pro (X38, ICH9R), Q8200, 2GB DDR3 Patriot in dual channel mode, 2 internal HDD Baracuda ES2 (NTFS, SATA, not in RAID), video GeForce 9500GT.
PT 7.4 and PT 8.0 both crashing when starting with message "Pro tools with tdm requires the tdm mixer plug-in in the plugins folder". Shure, plugins is in Plugins directory (Common Files/Digidesign etc). When I changing mixer plugin (for example surraund to stereo) PT loading well, but when creating new session show "Error 9162" and PCI activity Tab in System usage window shows 100% loading (red). When I closing the PT windows computer goes to reboot. Digitest shows No errors. Changing slots and removing Accel card has no affect. Reinstalling Windows at IDE HDD no affects too. In CMOS Setup Enchansed SATA swiched OFF.
Can anybody help me with advice? Should I change mobo (may be ASUS P5Q is better?)?
