custom quick keys

hey everybody. here is some stuff that has been in development in the le thread for windows. i currently have a m powered system at my place for a bit and was gonna try to fix what i needed to get it running for you guys as well. as it stands it worked just fine with m powered!

feel free to check it out and let me know what you think. if there is enough interest i will watch this thread and try to answer questions or anything for you. the current build has quite a bit more extras and some changes from the doc on the first link. there is also some videos on the sec thread w a few of the features.

i am sure things will change with 8 and will be on top of it to make changes and keep it usable.
