Pro Tools running while Control 24 "OFFLINE"

Hey Ive encountered this before but dont remember how I solved it last time. I have a Control 244 and Im running Pro Tools HD 7.3.1 I opened up a session and started working on it buit the control 24 stills says its "offline" so no faders come up or levels, basically all i can do Is control tehe volume from the control surface. I think I had to cghange a setting but not sure, anyone able to help me out?

In Pro Tools go to the following:

SETUP > PERIPHERALS > ETHERNET CONTROLLERS

Click the box for ENABLE, PT will can your ethernet port.

Once it is done scanning, click on the first menu bar for #1, when the menu pulls down it should have the option for Control|24, select that and click OK to close out of the PERIPHERALS window.

That should do the trick!
