Default Stage rack problem

Our system consists of a D-Show and 2 stage racks. I have updated to 2.8.2. The update happened around 2 weeks ago. Yesterday and today when booting up the system the stage racks would not pass audio. It has never done this before. A simple reboot of the racks and everything was good to go. The racks did show input signal at the console on some inputs and didn't provide phantom power on some other inputs...
