Pro Tools Ultimate 2021.6 Import Audio problem

As you can see from the picture, my import audio is crazy. When I search by a title, it will pull up the correct files, but when I click on one, it references a completely different and random file.

System info: MacBook Pro (15 inch, 2018), 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7, 16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4, Radeon Pro 560X 4 GB. UA Apollo, Pro Tools Ultimate 2021.6

I don't have that library, but I'm unable to repro this with anything I have.

Can you post a screenshot of the Hi Tech 03 folder in the Finder and the Get Info on one of it's files? [shift]+[command]+[3] or [shift]+[command]+[4] to just grab a selection.

What OS version?

It has nothing to do with that specific library. Whatever I type in to the search bar, it will pull up the correct files, but link them to completely random other files. I'm on OSX 11.4
