Pro Tools HD 11 no longer in account
I bought a Pro Tools bundle with HD Omni interface on 8/1/2014. It's worked fine all along. Now I want to upgrade to a new computer and I noticed there is no mention of pro tools in my avid account. I thought the purchase was perpetual and not an expiring purchase. Am I just wrong or is there something I need to do?

Hi Welcome to DUC
All versions of Pro Tools 11 are perpetual. You have the license on your iLok right? If a download is not showing up in My Avid>My Products then you should be able to find it in My Avid>Avid Download Center (*not* My Products). |

Doh no scratch that, it may not be there either I think Avid trimmed stuff there as well.
If you don't have it file a licensing (yes I know it's download not licensing) support case here: https://www.avid.com/learn-and-suppo...-music-support Post the case # here might help others from Avid follow up. Licensing related support cases are free. And whatever you do in future... keep a copy of your installers somewhere, multiple copies, backed up.
