Default 2019 & Heat

Hi All.
I have a yearly subscription running of 2019.12.0.
I can't upgrade higher than this due to legacy hardware (003 factory)
I don't seem to have "Heat" available to turn on in the options tab, but from what I can read online it should it should be a free option included in the subscription model.

Can anyone give me a step by step how I would download/install heat into 2019?

It looks like something that has to be generated via Avid and installed on my iLok? but I'm a bit green on how this happens.

Thanks,

JohnG

You have Pro Tools standard? Is there a Heat subscription license on your iLok? One in your account you need to move to the iLok. I think they were separate unbundled subscription licenses.

Hi Darryl,

I had a look on my Avid account page and can't see anything at all that relates to HEAT except a link to the Heat PDF doc.

I have a yearly subscription to what looks like "Protools Studio"
This is what I see as expandable options, but no mention of HEAT anywhere in here or the download tabs that I can see?

Should it be here, or do I need to check my ilok account somehow?

JohnG

I'm not asking about any Avid page or Avid account. I'm asking what actual licenses are on your physical iLok (or maybe just sitting in your iLok account and need to be activated to the iLok). All of which you look at with iLok License Manager.
