I've 1 question. Could you help me, please?

I see that my Pro Tools plan expires in 30/11.
The 12.6.1 version was released in 30/11.
Should it be in my account?

I tried to renew the upgrade plan, but I've had problems and I tried to contact the support.
They talked to me to use Firefox instead Chrome to buy at the Avid store.
More bugs... So I gave up.
