Default Pro Tools 10 license disappeared from iLok

Hey guys, just two days ago on Jan 2 I realized that my Pro Tools 10 license had disappeared from my iLok. When I try to lunch pro tools it gives me an "Error, missing iLok authorization".
When I go to my iLok account Pro Tools 10 license is nowhere to be found.
Is this some 2013 bug?
I can't explain how this would have happened.
Any ideas?

Never heard of this happening before.

How long were you using Pro Tools successfully before this happened?

No reason I'm aware of. Hopefully you have some receipt of your purchase of PT 10? Registered in your My Avid account or the Avid store?

ILok has a function that lets you save your information in a spreadsheet format. Hopefully you saved a copy of your plugins and its showing PT10.

Has anyone had access to your iLok that could have transferred the asset to another iLok?

I've heard of assets being seized in the rare occasion that they were purchased with a stolen credit card but the person was contacted by iLok and the assets held in escrow until the situation was sorted out out.

ILok assets don't just dissipear from everything I've heard. It maybe possible your iLok itself is failing and the asset is not showing up on it. Your going to need to open a support case with iLok. I would get any paperwork related to your purchase of PT 10 in order first..

Check in you account on www.ilok.com!
Maybe it's just a driver issue ...
Happened to me after crashes, iLok licenses are not recognized.
Reboot helps ...

Was this a 30 day trial of PT10?
Windows or Mac computer? iLok.com has had issues in the past with Firefox on both platforms. If Windows might want to try IE and on Mac try Safari.

I had been using it for months before this happened.
It wasn't a 30 day trial.
I did check my ilok account and it disappeared from in there...
very strange...

The same here, all the Pro Tools 10 and Pro Tools 9 licences from two iLoks are gone.

was your licence a Pro Tools 10.0 Upgrade from PT9?

We have a few PT-licences but two are actually this upgrade... those two are gone. It was the iLok software that removed them. You can check in your iLok account Log where that happened.

I've contacted our reseller that sold us these upgrades, but due to the weekend there is no reply yet.

If you upgrade to 10 from 9 you have to surrender your PT9 license. The way I understand it is you then get a combined PT10/9 license asset.
