Needing Step by Step Videos - (read more for details).

I just purchased protools v8 and just upgraded to v8-CS2.

I've had it for about 1 week now, and I'm about to scream and pull my hair.
and toss my DAW across the room.

I have been messing with Protools every day for long long hours,
and yet to get this thing to work the way i want to.

I have been every where on the internet looking for a Step by Step guide Videos,
to show me how to work together with Protools & Reason.

Every video I see, its all about hype and what the protools software can do.
Thats cool and all,
But it does not show how they got there, and how they did it.

I don't mind watching hours of videos, just as long as it teaches me how to
hook up reason in several ways I need to hook it up.

How to Rewire, and how to record just audio tracks from reason into Protools
to do final mixes in Protools.

Also, how to trigger Reason via Midi within Protools.

Its very frustrating.



The only reason why I purchased ProTools now, was because several factors.

1. - much better GUI
2. - tons of better features
3. - quality of sound engine (compaired to reason)

these are just a few.

If someone knows of a website please let me know.


I want to do 2 styles of music creations, depending on what I am doing.

1. - I want to trigger Reason through Protools v8 M-Powered.
2. - I want to record the audio of each track of reason WITHOUT efx into Protools.

Then lay down vocal tracks, - then mix down.


I need really good [Step by Step] videos.
