Can an older S6 software work with the latest Pro tools / Eucon

I was working with an S6 that wasn't upgraded for a couple of years and installed the new 2024.6 everything worked at first then I lost ethernet connection . After a few reboots S6 sees the computer, WS is happy but Eucon although enabled the Status light is not green and the S6 is not working anymore.The S6 doesn't have an active support plan . If it's a Eucon incompatibility is there a way to downgrade Eucon ? and still keep 2024.6 PT

Head to Settings > About on the S6 and let us know exactly what console software version you are running. Thanks.

I presume you restarted both the Mac and S6? As long as the release is within this decade you should be OK
