1) Steinberg Nuendo 13 for sale for $539 USD.

As soon as I have a buyer I start something called the license transfer wizard which will give me a fresh download code that you then input into the Steinberg authorisation wizard, which then will reveal the product in the Steinberg download manager. The process takes a few business days. You can authorise 3 computers simultaneously and deauthorise (as I have to do before they transfer the license). The great thing about this system is that you can use the app on a Mac and PC, for example, at the same time, and you never have to worry about running out when you buy a new computer as you can deauthorise the old one. I have done this myself and the deauthorisation is one click and takes up to 10 seconds, then the same with authorisation - just one click and a few seconds and it's done.

Full version, NOT educational, absolutely no dongle needed, I just don't use it much as I always go back to Pro Tools.
