As a loose comparison, go to an Apple store to look at how clear and smooth Garage Band will scroll across a 5k Studio Display without its waveforms jittering, or needing glasses to read information. And that program is free.

I don't get any jittering whatsoever and haven't since switching from HDMI to DisplayPort. Dell monitor, MacStudio Ultra w/ OS 14.5 and PT 2024.6. Other combos have been an issue but this one has not.

i'd love to know if a redesign is in the works, or if this is something Avid can consider,
as specs have changed long ago...but the software "visual specs"... sadly has not

So far it's only been a discussion amongst forum members. The best way to involve Avid is to send them a direct note. The more they hear from us the more likely they are to grease the wheel.
