Still no reply to my case. It's a more than a week after my call and a week after Avid said they would get back to me. Please give me an update on my case please. thank you.

STILL no reply in my case. I don't understand what is taking so long. I've logged three replies in my Case and zero response. This is honestly terrible tech support. I don't know what else to say. Please get back to me with any kind of information.

I am also having this issue on a brand new M1 Ultra system I just built with PT 2024.6
Would anyone care to share the solution or is it just private to that case?

I'm still on this case... not solved. Just got this from them. I'm on 2024.3
Error -22003 and -22006 are related and has something to do with video engine and GUI. Please provide the “DEBUGGER.LOG” and “VideoEngineLog.txt” files as soon as the -22003/-22006 error happens again. It would also be helpful to include the Pro Tools log and video log from the same incident.
