Default DAD TB Driver not seeing the TB3 card

My TB3 has arrived but I unfortunately can not make it work.
I cleaned the slot in the MTRX Studio and installed the hardware.
I updated Firmware to 1.1.3.1, Dadman to 5.7.0.1
I installed DADTBDriver CoreAudio 1.1.26
DADman can see the TB card (it appears in con routing matrix) and it can see the connection to computer - when the TB cable (Belkin 40 Gbps 2.6 ft TB3) is disconnected the red triangles appear in TB con , when it is connected the triangles disappear. The thunderbolt controller in MacOS System Report ( 12.7.2) can see the connected device to port - link status 0x2 speed up to 20Gb/s x 2
TB Driver installs correctly and says System Extension: Activated , it opens but there is nothing to select ( no device, no sample rate, no Channels )
Rebooted, reistalled, tried the second port, nothing hepls.
Please help , what can be the issue?
Thank you very much in advance!

Does anything show up under macOS Audio MIDI setup?

Your profile says Mavericks, what release are you actually using here? DAD claims Big Sur is the earliest macOS supported, and given this is a modern AudioDriverKit based driver might well have issues on older macOS versions. Edit.. (12.7.2) means Monterey so that looks good.

Did you ever get an answer to this issue? I have exactly the same symptoms on my obviously unsupported system. DADman sees the MTRX Thunderbolt i/o, Mac System Profiler sees the device on the TB bus, other things work fine on TB (drives, UAD card in a TB chassis). It's the DADDriverSetup what won't see the MTRX Studio and create a Mac Core Audio device.

Hello,

I have the same issue here and would like to know how this was solved ?

here is my setup and issue :

I cleaned the slot in the MTRX Studio and installed the hardware.
I updated Firmware to 1.0.3.1, Dadman to 5.6.9.1 (i know it is not the last version but must be unrelated)

I installed DADTBDriver CoreAudio 1.1.26 (the last version)

DADman can see the TB card (it appears in routing matrix) but it can't see the connection to computer - when the TB cable is plugged the red triangles are shown.

The thunderbolt controller in MacOS System Report can NOT see the connected device to port

TB Driver installs correctly, it opens but there is nothing to select ( no device, no sample rate, no Channels )
Rebooted, reistalled, tried the second port, nothing helped.

My issue is different because my computer can not even see the slot.

Could you tell me how to fix this please ?
