'Subscription License has expired'
When I tried to open my Pro Tools 12 yesterday it suddenly pops up with the window saying Subscription license has expired, and when I click continue it's requiring me to activate the product again. And after I log in, it says that I don't have remaining license left to be activated. I've checked my billing everything works fine on the avid web page, I've also checked the iLok license manager (already the newest version), and Pro Tools 12 shows to be activated in the cloud session. I can't deactivate it or do anything to it. I'm currently using the Student edition yearly subscription for pro tools, and it's really an urgent issue for me.

Re: 'Subscription License has expired'
I had this in April. Contact support and they will sort you out. Gave me a temporary license until it was resolved but it ended up being sorted within 24hrs. Might want to try moving the post to the Licensing and Accounts section too.
There's some nonsense going on with their servers anyway, my iLok license hasn't refreshed this month and Avid App Manager is throwing up random errors with the correct login details. Not ideal. |

Re: 'Subscription License has expired'
Thank you very much! Posting it to the licensing section hoping they can give me a solution. Do I have other ways to quickly contact the support?
