Blackmagic Decklink HD Extreme ...what PT version you are using ?

Hi,
I'm struggling to find a good combination. I won't go into the details of all the trouble I'm in ... I 've tried all PT8 versions, so here we go simple

2009 mac pro
Osx 10.6.4
PT HD2
PT 8.1cs2
Blackmagic 7.9
Codec H264 (or apple pro rez when I digitize myself)

Looking forward to have your configs
