Problem with real time MIDI properties

WHen attempting to use Real Time MIDI duration quantize I get these errors:

Time Type mismatch occured in "Time_Typed.ccp" line 314

I click OK then I get

Assertion in "Protools.ccp", line 1516

I click OK and these same warning dialogues come up again for three or four times, like a loop. Suddenly the instrument track (w/Spectrasonics Trilogy bass) will lose all MIDI data. <poof... gone>

The only distinguishing features of this session is that it is a bit VI and RTAS plug heavy... (2) Trilogy, Ivory pno (set at 28 voices), (2) Atmosphere, Sampletank 2SE (1 channel), IndigoV40 (TDM), Xpand! Am also using Waves Tune L on four tracks. Have had no problems with playback, however. Settings in playback engine are H/W Buffer 512, 2 RTAS processors at 90%, 64 voice 2 DSP mixer, Long delay compensation engine enabled, DAE buffer Level 4.
