I haven't experienced any bugginess with Altiverb 8 replacing Altiver 7 instances. I believe I have heard mention that others have, but it's been very seamless for me. I think the bugginess was around custom and 3rd party IR libraries, which isn't an issue for me.

I haven't tested Speakerphone 3 much; the one session I opened seemed fine and sounded the same. But it was a simple session without any automation of Speakerphone settings.
