Default "Subscription License EXPIRED" error

My license is good till 2023. I went into AvidLink and clicked the Update as it was highlighted. It downloaded the software, but when I launched it I got this (see attachment). I went into the ProToolsStudio in AvidLink and tried to click USE LICENSE but the button does not work...kinda faded out looking. There is no way to get a hold of those people at AVID...what a mess.

Found your product and synchronized the licenses (they were not associated with your System ID since it originally came from a PT10 upgrade). Please try again and report back, thanks!

If needed in the future... use the Access the Support Center link in my.avid.com to start a support case.

Same here - it can't see my iLok, but everything else can!

I've opened a case, but the studio is dead till this is fixed, which isn't great! Not in the middle of anything (would never upgrade during a project), but I've clients in next week. Gulp!

Found your case and that shows the CS rep has already fixed it. All good?

Having a similar problem. Protool Studio wouldn't launch today, I got an activation error asking me how I wanted to activate. Neither Avid link or iLok work. I get "attempt to use Avid Link to Activate resulted in error" or greyed out buttons when selecting license to activate on ilok option. After checking my avid account it had warning my credit card expired and subscription will be suspended which is strange since my credit card isnt expired. I updated card info to a different payment method and it says updated but I still get the same credit card expired warning in my account when I refresh. I checked my bank account and I have been charged for the month. When I check my iLok account Protools Studio is in the Unavailable section of licenses and license status says Subscription terminated. Im on a tight deadline and really need Protools working. Any help getting my license problem sorted is greatly appreciated.

I'm having this same issue, I'm getting a license expired message despite being on the subscription plan and up to date on payments. Pro Tools Studio appears in My Products as active but the software can't find an active license on iLok or Avid Link.

Please help! I'm on deadline and this is so frustrating! I've tried all the advice on signing in and out of cloud sessions, re-installed Pro Tools, etc. I noticed that posting here helped some people so hoping that works for me, too. Submitted a case last night but haven't heard anything.
