Default Pops at the end of regions

Is anybody else still having a problem with pops at the end of audio files? Supposedly this was fixed in 6.4cs9, but it's still there.

Funny how quiet Digi Support has been about this thread

From the CS update site:
Pro Tools TDM 6.4cs9 Update Installer

(Mac OS X 10.3.2 or 10.3.4 Only)

What's Fixed in Pro Tools TDM 6.4cs9?

Pro Tools TDM 6.4cs9 for Mac OS X contains the following:

Fixed: Intermittent Pops or Incorrect Audio when Playing a Session (Item #54406)

When playing a session, occasional pops or random audio could be heard. The problem could be exacerbated by using a high Hardware Buffer setting.

I get the same pops & clicks in Mix 6.41, even though the cs-1 update also says this is addressed.

I have noticed that certain plugins or combinations of plugins make this much worse.

If you are just experiencing clicks at the start and end of regions, however, you can enable a 1ms fade regions setting in the preferences.
