"Serial Number of Qualifying Hardware"
I just opened my email from Sweetwater.com with my activation code. I went to the avid site to download it and it's asking me for a serial number for qualifying hardware. The whole reason i got pro tools 11 was so i didnt have to use my mbox 2 anymore. What serial number is it asking for? I have an RME Babyface and thats obviously not listed bc it's not their product. I even tried entering my MBox 2 serial number and i get nothing. Anyone else have this problem?

Re: "Serial Number of Qualifying Hardware"
Sounds like Sweetwater sent you one of the hardware to 11 upgrade packages, that package requires the s/n of the qualifying interface.
Call your sales rep and tell him he sent the wrong package
