No Videos work on my PC

What do I need to install so I can see some videos of PT 10/11, this while I wait for Validation glitch to download PT 10/11.

All the videos that show how to upgrade PT Express or any videos I clik on duc.avid just open a blank white box.

Can you provide me with a link to the page?

Or are you trying to watch videos on your hard drive?

VLC Player is free and will play pretty much any codec out there, if you don't have it, you should also download Quicktime.

Thanks Benoni, I wonder if I don't have Flash installed? I just had my OS Win7 fresh installed. Your links to Youtube work, still none hosted on Avid load for me.

Try it with Google Chrome.

If you could give me an exact link I can check it out later and if it doesn't work, I can report it.

Thanks, got it going, turns out to be I didn't have adobe flash installed.
I uninstalled Google Chrome preferring Firefox.
