Typically, EQ and dynamic plugin settings are specific to the track/instrument you are applying them to. I think this is the main reason why there are no "presets" for those particular plugins. (The nomenclature you were using is what was confusing me; plugin settins are usually referred to as "presets").
There are a (small) few presets available at the DigitalAudioRock Pre-set Co-op. Another thing you might consider is studying EQ and compression so that you know how to make your own presets.
