2 part question - importing audio & Quick Time
I can't import audio from a CD. I was able to now it can't see the individual songs on the CD when I go to convert and Import, even when you double click on the CD, only icons (with "0" file size) are listed, but the do play through the CD player
& I can't get PT to talk to quick time musical instruments...it is enabled and the midi channel (fader) assigned to quicktime....when I do studio test you cant here anything from the quick time icon, just the IAC. Same goes for the click track w/QT. |

Re: 2 part question - importing audio & Quick Time
I am not sure if this will help with the first question but in PT5.1 you have to use "Movie->Import Other Movie" to import a CD track.

Re: 2 part question - importing audio & Quick Time
You should use the search function - search for quicktime music (or something like that). I'm sure you'll find some post of how to set this up.
