10.3 on HD crash on import settings data

Hi all,
yesterday i had update my 10.2HD to 10.3HD on my macPro, 10.7.4.
and now is crashing all times when finished to import.
even 1 or more tracks, not dependent.
could be depend on some plugins inserted, but what?
now, after 2 hours spent on investigation, i think is better to reinstall again the 10.2, that seems more stable.
any issue from you?
