A Bermuda Triangle area across all tracks

Since a couple of weeks I experience this phenomenon.

When a certain place in the song comes, some clips stop sounding across all the tracks in the session at that moment of time, even though the meter indicates they do. I have checked like everything. There is no automatization, no mute, no pans, no volume rides. There is more into the mystery, because when I select the whole song - all clips in the session - and relocate it a bit to the left or right, the anomaly stays at the same place "on the screen", but as the song was put to an other position it affects other part of the song.

Any idea wtf?

** SOLVED **

The problem was outside Pro Tools software itself. It was the ass mother****er Waves plugin J37 Tape Saturation that was creating random "mutes", similar to those DEMO-plugins, although this one wasn't demo. So apparently it was a bug, because after reinstalling it it works now. What was strange, was that it totally terminated all other plugins and the clip itself. and it didn't do it randomly, but at the very same places in the song, that btw didn't have any differing waveforms or volumes.
