Pro Tools 10 'Building Beat Detective Window' Hang
Runnin Pro Tools 10 on imac OS 10.6.8. When I create a session, Pro Tools will hang on 'Building Beat Detective Window'. Pro Tools does not crash, however I cannot actually open up a session. Is there a fix to this?

It is 12 years later, but I'm also having this. 3rd different problem in the last two weeks that has kept me from opening any session, each costing me several hours trying to fix.
And no, I have not even used BD since I got this computer and none of the sessions I'm trying to open have ever used it, nor do any of them have tracks that were BDed or associated with BD in any way.
