Default Machine Control and Sony IMX MSW-M2000

Hello everyone,
Make A long story short, I'm trying to create a profile that will work with deck I'm using. The default profile list does not include the deck I'm using. I'm using an Sony IMX MSW M2000 Deck. I have the manual for the hexidecimal commands. However I don't understand what ProTools Is doing when I plug in these values. It seems to be converting the binary code back into some hexadecimal value that makes no sense to me. So the manual gives me a hex code and I have to covert it to binary is my understanding. If anyone has this deck or knows a way to get this to work. That would be excellent

Thanks anyone
