Probably a stupid MIDI editing question...
I've read the reference guide all day and can't figure this one out.
I recorded a MIDI track trying to double the live snare drum on another track. Since I did it real-time, I'm getting some flams, and I'm now trying to move the MIDI notes. When I move the MIDI note forward in time (my MIDI note came in too early) another note appears. It has an X through it and I believe it's located where I dropped the original note. This leads to my question. What is that mystery note? Why is it there? How do I move it or remove it? Thanks, Nick

Re: Probably a stupid MIDI editing question...
Sounds like your MIDI controller is double triggering. What MIDI controller are you using? How do you have it connected?

Re: Probably a stupid MIDI editing question...
I'm sure that's what it is! Thanks, friend!
It's a studiologic sl-880 controller and I was rapping on the key like I was hitting the snare! So, I'll just select and delete! Nick
