The chance to use an ethernet adapter for hardwired connections is only for Ipad Pro with usb-c? Can I use an ethernet to lightning adapter?

If you connect any tablets with ethernet adapters you lose the option of charging them...is it right?

There are lightening adapters too and yes they have charging at the same time. Google is your friend

I'm using an iPad Air as master control, wifi-connected to a dedicated TP-Link Router, 1 meter of distance between them and I've noticed that the meters are pretty slow on the screen with some lags. Not the best metering experience.
