Default My M Box cant detecting the microphone

i've got a condenser microphone, i would like to doing recording, but the m box cant detecting any signal from the mic. i had been trying so many times, still cant do it. no matter the 48 v is on or not, or i put the battery into the mic, still cant do it. is anyone can help me? thank you so much [img]images/icons/confused.gif[/img]

Have you tried another mic to make sure the one you're using isn't broken?
Is your I/O set up properly?
Have you read your manual?
