Default Copy/Paste Automation of Multiple parameters

Anyone having problems with this? My troubleshooting has indicated the following:
On a new session, it works at first paste and then there seems to be a clipboard issue and if I try to do it on copy automation and paste, the result is automation from the last copy. Another interesting thing is that if you copy automation across parameters (control command c) it does not show in the undo history window. The other companion key commands still work ... control command d and control command x, etc. Seems like this started not working properly in 6.7.

Thoughts?
