Default crackle and pop on Acidized loops

I am trying to drag-and-drop some acidized loops into a track in a session. When I do it, it crackles and pops on playback. Is there a known problem with use of acidized loops in pro tools m-powered?

Currently, you need to apply your own crossfades with REX and ACID files.

Admittedly, I do not know what your response means. However, I will look up "cross fades" tonight when I get home and try to figure it out. Thank you very much for responding. If you wish to add any more of your insights, please feel free. I welcome knowledge.
