Default Sharing mixes between Mbox and TDM System

I have recorded 7 songs with a digi 002 at 44K and 48K.
I have done the majority of my mixing with Mbox 2 and my Mac Mini.

In order to utilize the array of mastering plugins on an OS9 TDM system I have available, I am exporting my mixes from the mini (track by track) into the TDM system.
I have not adjusted the audio on any of the tracks yet the mix and audio of some tracks sound different (bass not as audible/levels not quite the same). I am assuming it is only because the TDm system is not running the big and bassy KRK monitors that I am running with my mini.
Just checking to see if anyone has experience with sharing mixes beteen systems and if it's possible if audio can be compressed or altered while importing/exporting.

Also, as an experiment, I am bouncing some of the tracks at higher quality than I recorded (recorded 44K or 48K and bouncing at higher 96K or other at "tweak Speed'"). Will I experience a difference or is this a waste of time and I should just bounce at the same rate.

Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

If you are making a sample-for-sample copy, the audio won't change. Listening to the same audio on different speakers will change the "sound" of the sound.

You will gain nothing at all by bouncing to a higher sampling rate. You will lose half of your computer resources, however.

Stay at 44.1 unless you need 48k for video sound tracks.

I can't seem to find the sample-to-sample option. How do I confirm that this is how I am exporting? Thanks
