Edit window scrolling
New install of PT12 on New MacPro.
Destructive record when bouncing between tracks. Edit Window Scrolling is really uneven. My last rig (PT10 on an older MacPro) was far far smoother. Is this a PT12 / Mac "feature" or is there something I can do to improve it?

Re: Edit window scrolling
Are you asking about vertical scrolling? There is an option for smooth in preferences.

Press Control (Mac) or Start (Windows) while scrolling the mouse wheel to accelerate scrolling tracks vertically in the Edit window or horizontally in the Mix window. Press Command (Mac) or Control (Windows) while scrolling the mouse wheel to slow down scrolling tracks vertically in the Edit window or horizontally in the Mix window. Shane

Re: Edit window scrolling
Not this sort of scrolling.
When you hit play (or record) how the audio waveforms or selection "cursor" line moves across the line (right to left). Options > Edit Window Scrolling > Continuous It should be smooth. On every other rig I've used it has been. But now the display judders. It's like there's not enough RAM alocated to the GUI and the Mac is struggling to redraw the images quickly.
