Yes. And so do many other Sonnet made Thunderbolt expansion chassis... Sonnet has a great PDF document on their web site of what cards are supported in what chassis if you want to see more available choices.

You need Pro Tools Ultimate, and to install the HD drivers. But be aware of all the problems with PCIe cards in 2023.6 and that you may need to roll back to the HD driver in 2023.3. Lots and lots of comments on DUC.
