Default Buying Up Pro Tools Perpetual Renewals?

I am considering buying up a bunch of Renewals for Pro Tools Studio Perpetual? Seeing as how the resellers have the cheapest options and may not be selling in the future, or at today's price if so.

Perhaps 2 or 3 years, good or bad idea?

Roll the dice... or go for it. Your call.
Alternative idea is to find a “reinstatement” (Upgrade) $700ish u.s. (reseller not avid and don’t register)
Then:
Hold on at $399.00/year as needed.

Pick back up Later if you laps with the reinstatement-code.

Avid goes under-Opps, Avid remains a favorite √ Right on your back in.

Thanks for the reply, I am talking about Pro Tools Studio but I guess the same applies :)

I think I will just buy up 2 or 3 years now....
