When ADC for LE system???

Hi boys! Do you know something about ADC for PT LE?
Sorry for stupid (and old) question, but it's very hard fo me to work with plugin latency, specially with UAD, beacuse ATA doesn't work fine
I hope it will come soon!!!!!!

The short answer is: Nobody knows, but everybody hopes it will come... No statement from Digidesign if or when.

Why isn't ATA working?

Do you know how to manually compensate?

IMO, people make far too big a deal out of this..

If you take care of setting up most of this when you are beginning you mix, then it really doesn't take much time as you add additional plugins to individual tracks, etc..

ATA works fine for me. It does take some time to figure it out and get it to work properly, but once you get it it's really easy to manage. I know that sounds like the typical answer for anything, but it's especially true in this case.

Also, I recently found these videos on the Mellowmuse site and they're actually VERY informative on how to get it working properly. It's a lot more detailed than the instructions in the manual. It actually helped me wrap my head around a few things.

get ATA from Mellomuse ...youll like it. it is pretty simple actually.

I like it that if you change plugins you only click of the ping button. if you are nudging and all that you have to be careful if you change your plugins later.

On the question regarding ADC. it has been said that all of the coders at AVID have this stamped on their foreheads, so we'll see.

But what happen if they a. never look in a mirror?, and b. can't read backwards?

Maybe we should buy them all mirrored shades for Christmas, we can flip the lenses around before we send them...
