Sound Replacer BUG in 7.3

Im running HD1 (v. 7.3.1) on a Mac Pro, and when I open sound replacer to replace say.. a snare part. The result is total clipping. Sound replacer is somehow adding like 10dB of gain to all hits no matter what sample I use and on what instrument....

Any one else experiencing this issue? (ps im running the latest sound replacer)
