Has this or does this happen to you ???
Trying to make the jump from hardware to all software seems to come with headache after headache for me. Sorry to pass it along but help me fix this if you've had/have the same issue happening.
I run PT on a MacBook Pro and a PC. The PC has more memory and houses most of my plugins so I use it more. I recorded something a few days ago and I started up my computer today to put the finishing touches on bass line. So I insert my iLok and click on the PT icon, it starts to fire up then I get an error that says...."Could not complete the command because access is denied. (5) C:\Program Files (x86)\Avid\DAE\DAE Prefs" WHAT HAPPENED TO CAUSE THIS AND HOW DO I CORRECT IT ????????? |

When ever i get these sort of errors it usually has to do with a plug-in in the session.
When in the "open-session" window shift+click "open" to open the session with all plug-ins deactivated.
