impossible to view buttons on pro tools 7.1,

Creating a new session on my pro tools 7.1 system (installed two times, the same thing both times) i can view a lot of "PNG" instead of the buttons, so i can't work. My system is a win xp sp2, pentium D 3GHz, 2Gb RAM memory, 2 IDE/PATA drives 160Gb, 1 SATA2 drive 500Gb. [image]http://www.fabiodetommasi.com/help.bmp[/image]
can someone help me?
the video adapter is a ATI PCIex 256Mb

Out of date and unsupported plugins have been known to cause this issue, especially Waves.

Could you please download the Tech Support Folder, run the Tech Support Utility inside, select number 3 (Generate Version List) and post the results here please? It will make it easier to advise you with that information.

It also might be beneficial to have the full specs of your computer system. You can find the instructions for posting that info in the General Troubleshooting post at the top of this message list.
