Shortcuts issue

Hello

I have a keyboard shortcut issue since I updated to Protools 2023.3 (on Mac OS 10.15). My computer is set to English language, but my keyboard is French. This has never been a problem until now. When I launch Protools, it's as if my keyboard is an English keyboard. I've modified the shortcuts in the appropriate menu, but I have to go back to that menu every time I start a new session. Then I have to select 'Show US key caps' and go back to 'Follow keyboard layout' for it to work...

Any solution ? Or should I wait for the next update ..?

I think there may be some "localization" kind of options in the system prefs.

You should definitely file a report with support if you are using 10.15.7

That version of MacOS is currently still supported in Compatibility documentation for PT 2023.3.

If it continues to be for another update that you want to wait for, support must know the bug exists.

Therefore, I suggest filing the issue with support. If you revert to the prior version of PT, does it work as you expect?

It's always worked until version 2023.3.
